Ross Jeffries was one of the originators of the dating advice community for males on the web, but I suppose he has become out of date and when compared with writers such as Mr. L. Rx, David Deangelo, and Mystery his materials are less effective in general. Some of his matters and approaches get results, but some are controversial, and certain materials have the appearance of a complete sham.
Jeffries book "How To Get The Women You Desire into Bed" can be thought to be invalid, everlasting, trashy, and inspiring all simultaneously.
Again, like most of the other Gurus, his techniques are NOT situational. They don't and won't act on all sorts of women. And they won't apply for ALL men who read his book or visit his web site.
I feel that the basic problem with Ross's work is that it is basically useful for a few select personalities of guys (guys who have low attitude for example could possibly appreciate his work) and for some select attitude type of women (like gamers and manipulating women) It is not going to succeed on all females so to the extent he represents this is how you handle women - his methods are a bunk.
Overall there is some workability but not a lot. Not suitable for everyone. So we will grant him a 4 on the scam-o-meter.
