Avoid taking these foods if you don't want to be found soaking with sweat. Overtime, you will realize that you stop excessive sweating.
Ingestion of sweet, alcohol, liquids and energy drink that contains caffeine should also be cut down. Alcohol dehydrates the body that emerges in the form of urine but often times it is discharged in the form of sweat.
So be cautious of what you eat and drink and cut off the mentioned foods above in your every day routine to start living and stop sweating the life that you wished for.
